The double-layer heat exchanger plate is characterized by overlapping two traditional heat exchanger plates and combining four diagonal holes through laser welding to form a double-layer heat exchanger plate. Semi-welded plates are mainly used in ammonia system, refrigerant systems and other fluids where general rubber gasket is not applicable.
